This toner is enriched with Marine Post-biotics to purify.  Also Marine Exopolysaccharides to mattify and refine the skin texture.

The alcohol-free toner eliminates excess oil and impurities and then tightens pores for a shine free, even tone and matt finish to the skin.  Not for the eye area.

Application

Apply with a cotton pad or similar to face and neck after the Purifying Cleansing Gel. It may feel sticky at first but this quickly disappears leaving a matt skin.
