Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
All treatments booked for an hour or more, will attract 50% of Non-Refundable treatment booking fees at the time of cancellation or rescheduling if cancellation or rescheduling requested in less than 24hours of appointment time.
24 hours prior notice MUST be given for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees.
Refund Policy
My Beauty Aspect has a ‘No Refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
All treatments and services are Non-Refundable.
Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Card Policy
When purchasing the My Beauty Aspect Gift Card certainly adhere to the following terms and conditions:
- Vouchers are valid for ONE year from the purchase date
- NO Extensions on Expired Vouchers
- NO Acceptance on Expired Vouchers
- Gift cards CANNOT be redeemed for cash OR returned for a refund OR Transfer for another person OR transfer any remaining balances onto a new gift card
- Lost, Stolen or Damaged cards cannot be replaced
- Photo ID may be required to purchase a gift card
Technical Faults Or Emergency
Our objective is to provide best service to our clients, however in some instance there is unavoidable circumstance happens that is not limited to technical faults, equipment failure or any other emergency situation where appointments may be delayed, cancelled or rescheduled, in that case will provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule appointments where possible.
However, My Beauty Aspect have all the rights to Cancel or Reschedule appointments without any notice period given.
